As an engagement partner, you

  • Keep your finger on the pulse by checking in with our employees through our regular engagement surveys, giving you a good view of their overall sentiment and specific topics on their mind requiring extra attention
  • Act as a sparring partner for your people tribe colleagues on how to maximize engagement of people-related initiatives
  • Empower people leaders to drive improvements in engagement or wellbeing in their team, facilitating the conversation where needed
  • Drive engagement or wellbeing initiatives cross-company based on employee feedback
  • Stimulate knowledge sharing or set-up of company-wide frameworks to align engagement or wellbeing practices cross-domain
  • Design or co-create engagement tracks to anchor strategic & cultural Telenet initiatives
  • Are intrigued by what makes people tick and are therefore always on the look-out for best practices or new tools/techniques that pop up in the market

  • Empathic listener
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Strong with concepts, able to see the bigger picture
  • Experienced in change management and/or behavioral design techniques
  • Coaching and/or facilitation skills to stimulate reflection and initiate action
  • Minimum bachelor and 5 years of experience, preferably in large-scale companies
