Function description
PROGRAM MANAGER FOR HR
Mission and Responsibilities of this Program Manager
Definition and Implementation of HR Strategy
Collaborate with the HR Director to define a clear strategic plan aligned with the organization’s needs and priorities.
Establish a clear and operational roadmap based on identified priorities.
Lead the implementation of strategic plan actions and key HR projects.
Coordination and Monitoring of HR Projects
Define the objectives of HR projects in collaboration with stakeholders and support the HR Director in their realization.
Implement a clear project methodology and governance: develop schedules, determine and monitor key steps, define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the relevance and adherence to initiatives.
Oversee project documentation and communication: progress reports, summaries, dashboards, presentations to the management committee, etc.
Facilitate interactions and collaboration within the HR team and among various stakeholders (people managers, external providers, etc.)
Coaching of the HR Team
Train the team in project management and the use of a structured approach.
Encourage strategic thinking and a global vision while staying connected to the reality on the ground.
Guide the team to define clear objectives, adopt best practices, and ensure rigorous follow up.
Contribute to strengthening the culture of collaboration and accountability driven by the HR Director.
Communication and Change Management
Reflect on useful communication actions to support the deployment of ongoing projects and develop communication materials.
Implement strategies to foster adherence based on recognized methodologies
Innovation and Benchmarking
Enrich the approach and management of projects through knowledge of market best practices.
Propose innovative ideas to successfully carry out projects, ensuring they are appropriate.
Needed Profile
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience in managing complex projects in an HR or organizational context.
Significant experience in coaching or team support.
Key Skills:
Excellent project management skills (planning, monitoring, communication).
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and efficiency.
Strategic mindset and global vision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Leadership, empathy, and ability to inspire trust; having managerial experience and/or experience in the HR field would be an asset, as well as experience with call centers
Language requirements
Dutch Strong written and spoken communication skills in NL
French Strong written and spoken communication skills in FR
English Strong written and spoken communication skills in EN
Education
Master
Required experience / knowledge
At least 6 years of experience
Business experience mandatory
Proven experience in the management of complex projects or a program of projects
Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational insight
Familiar with various IT systems
preferable
HR projects experience
