Contract length – 12 Month Contract (minimum)

Project Engineer – Chemical – Beringen

Specification:

· At least 5-10 year’s of experience in project Engineering on mid-level sized CAPEX projects (€30-50 million)

· Dutch fluency (essential)

· Experience working in the process industry (chemical/oil & gas/FMCG)

· A degree in field of Engineering

· Experience in people management - leading a project team

The client currently looking for a Project Engineer to work on an opportunity within the Chemical Industry. The client has a specific requirement for a Project Engineer to join their team based in Beringen, Belgium to work on the full life-cycle of multiple CAPEX projects.

The client is working on various CAPEX projects on their Chemical Plant and they are happy for any candidates with a suitable engineering background (multidiscipline).

The requirement for the role is to work underneath the Engineering Manager and alongside the project team. You would be involved from basic design to commissioning of particular projects ranging from €30-50 million and furthermore, you would be managing different packages, dealing with procurement and purchasing of equipment for the project and coordinating the engineering for different suppliers.

The contract is a rolling 12 month contract with a CAPEX Portfolio scheduled up until 2028.
