Job Description

ProKarting has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join its team.

ProKarting is the European manufacturer of go-karting tracks. Our goal is to bring racing experiences to new unseen heights! We offer products that are engineered to perfectly meet the needs of kart track owners. Every product is the result of years of experience and product optimization.

Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for the direction, coordination, communication, delivery and administration of our projects
  • You are responsible for organizing the projects according to planning and budget
  • You ensure clear and smooth communication with all parties involved: client, installation team members and subcontractors
  • You take the lead in project meetings
  • You follow-up and monitor projects by detailed reporting
  • You build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • You visit project sites in exciting locations worldwide
  • You are part of the Project Team and in direct contact with our departments : Sales, Design and Engineering

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction field or you are equivalent through experience
  • You preferably have a first working experience as a project manager
  • You are a team player by nature and know how to lead your team with enthusiasm
  • You have good communication skills and think in a solution-oriented way;
  • You are flexible in thought and action
  • You can take decisions and you have a certain level of stress resistance
  • You are entrepreneurial and take responsibility
  • You have a positive attitude towards work, colleagues, and clients
  • You are willing to travel and work across different time zones
  • You are fluent in English. All other languages are a plus
