PURPOSE
A chargeback analyst is a payments industry professional who is responsible to analyze the chargeback from the customer. Their primary job is to review, analyze the debit note

RESPONSIBILITY
•
Monitor and understand chargeback performance daily
•
Analyze the rejection part from the customer
•
Manage any customer queries related to the chargeback cases
•
Share constructive feedback on the status of existing cases
•
Check the reason code.
•
Resolve issues through customer service.
•
React quickly.
•
Maintain and provide detailed reports of all chargebacks received and status updates.

Profiel:
Education
Technical studies

University studies (Careers: Engineering)

Experience / Knowledge
·
Knowledge of the payments industry and have a clear understanding of the dispute resolution process and rules and familiar with the dispute resolution guidelines
·
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·
A second European language (preferable
German).
·
Having experience in Quality Control
·
Strong investigative skills
·
Strong knowledge in Microsoft (excel file, power point ..)
