  • Daily reconciliation of bank accounts (comparison of account statements and accounting records)
accounting records) ;
  • Investigations in order to justify unreconciled transactions and/or to resolve any problems
Investigations to substantiate unreconciled transactions and/or resolve any issues related to financial flows (payments, deposits, etc.);
  • Preparation of AML documentation/embargo files for submission to
Compliance
  • Negotiation of exceptional commissions to be paid or received (use of funds payment,
interest, good value...) with banking counterparties;
  • Preparation of documents required for the payment or invoicing of bank commissions

  • Various end of day controls (check-list);
  • Occasionally, handling of account opening/closing files in different currencies with
with the banks.

  • Italian - French - English;
Technical skills:
  • Swift messages: MT1xx, MT2xx; MT9xx, MT7xx;
  • Taste for numbers, notions of debit-credit;
  • Computer tools: Word, Excel - Outlook - Top Media Ned.
Personality:
  • Person with a logical and analytical mind ;
  • Sociable person, with a good team spirit and able to fit in with an already established team
