Your role

To support our rapidly growing organization, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join and strengthen the HR Team at our headquarters in Heverlee.

As our recruiter, you are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment life cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding;
  • International hiring: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across Europe; drive international hiring efforts across diverse European markets, navigating local hiring practices, compliance requirements, and market trends;
  • Advise on recruitment strategy: You act as an advisor regarding the individual vacancies, but can also take a broader perspective and give advice on how to reach and attract the right profile for the job;
  • Contribute to building our employer brand: working on HR branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice;
  • Communication with stakeholders: You keep every stakeholder informed and aligned
Your profile

Must haves

  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technology-driven environments;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern sourcing tools to manage the candidate pipeline;
  • You know the (current) job market and can advise on how to approach recruitment regarding the specific situation
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You can easily use different IT tools
  • You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • A pragmatic mindset and hands-on mentality are essential.
Nice to haves

  • Experience recruiting difficult-to-find profiles (e.g. engineering and IT profiles)
  • You are fluent in French
  • You have experience hiring internationally
