Our Internal Careers Recruiting team functions similarly to our External Recruiting team, but we only work with current Salesforce employees as they explore career opportunities internally. We are actively seeking candidates that will own, help develop, and innovate our processes while developing strong relationships with our internal candidates and clients.
As an Internal Careers Coordinator, you will work closely with both internal candidates (current employees) and interviewers to provide a reputable high-touch candidate experience. You will be an expert at finding solutions that accommodate diverse hiring needs and be responsible for driving accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all aspects of our Sales, Recruiting and HR organizations. Join us!
What you’ll achieve:
- Take the lead on all scheduling logistics for your team’s needs including the coordination of phone, virtual and onsite interviews
- Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Workday, Quip and Google Suite
- Build strong partnerships with candidates, Internal Recruiters, and Sales Leadership in order to drive an efficient process for providing the best candidate experience
- Identify challenges and implement change to improve our workflow and manage partnership expectations
- Track and analyze data to deliver to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling
- Gain a strong understanding of the Salesforce recruiting function through exposure to our Global Talent and Hiring teams
- Provide reports as required and update data sources (WD, manual spreadsheets, etc.) to maintain data integrity
- Attend intake meetings on behalf of Recruiter
- Screens applications and candidates for minimum requirements and eligibility; updates status for Recruiter to review
- Searches for passive talent in Talent Discovery and creates slate of `candidates for Recruiter review
- May partner with Recruiter on phone screens for candidates for specifically identified roles
- Responding to candidate and manager inquiries
- Manage process for non-complex Offer
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
- Passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of Salesforce
Requirements:
- Completed BS/BA degree
- 1- 3 years of experience in a customer/client facing industry (does not have to be Recruiting)
- Strong track record of growth and achievement
