Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a passionate Recruitment & Career Development Expertto join our HR Department.

Mission:

You manage a recruitment portfolio for dedicated departments or based on assigned missions (drafting job profile, sourcing candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, drafting offer to final candidate and finalizing contract), and you ensure a positive team member experience for all newcomers. You’re able to back up colleagues on miscellaneous recruitment assignments. You act as ambassador of Orange Belgium throughout the recruitment process.

As Recruitment & Career Development Expert :

  • You build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all business areas to understand the business and the recruitment needs. You challenge the recruitment needs and profiles based on business understanding and market knowledge.
  • You work/partner with hiring managers to build attractive posting in line with our employer brand and a recruitment plan for all open positions to ensure a strong candidate pipeline can be provided for each vacancy.
  • Furthermore, you source and recruit candidates via LinkedIn, alternatively develop creative solutions to generate candidates and where appropriate develop and sustain good working relationships with recruitment suppliers – resourcing CVs for vacancies as required always keeping recruitment costs under control.
  • You complete project work as required – e.g. develop & organize training sessions within the team or for hiring managers, review recruitment processes and supporting documentation for HR practices and policies.
  • You manage recruitment activities to meet the defined KPIs (lead time, cost, quality): provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
  • You are responsible for employee redeployment in the dedicated departments by offering career counselling services.
  • Last but not least, you develop a pool of internal and external candidates.

Your profile

You have min. a bachelor degree with 3 years of HR experience, from which solid background in recruitment and career development management.
You are result driven, flexible and stress resistant

You are diplomatic
You are assertive
You have the ability to give advice and coach (ability to develop others’ competencies & give feedback)
You are trilingual (FR, DU, EN)
