We are looking to appoint a Change Manager to join our team dedicated to a very large construction project in Belgium (Mons area).

Role Purpose -

Day to day management of approvals process
Running change meetings with all Project stakeholders
Issuing status reports
Having a strong grasp on each Risk/Change in order to be able to inform the senior leadership prior to gaining approvals
Identify and implementing areas of efficiency and process improvement
Training staff on the process
Understanding and drive for a zero change culture
Ensuring quality submissions and where necessary challenging submissions that fall short of the quality standard
Developing Monte Carlo models and analysis of project cost and schedule funding stages

Profile-

You must demonstrate previous Change Manager experience, ideally while working for a Consultancy other large-scale complex led projects.
You are bilingual in English and French
