Job Description:

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • A minimum of three years of achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with a direct competitor, or a minimum of four years in achievement-oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.

Competences and Critical Success Factors

  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
  • Cold-call and prospecting capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to work well with peers and across functions.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager’s direction, market requirements and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
  • Able to lead by example.

Weekly Time Allocation guidelines

  • ½ day office
  • Five visits per day (individual and dual visits)
  • 50% existing customers
  • 50% prospective customers
  • Follow CVM recommendations on the number of visits for each customer segments
