Introductie

As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our sales & account management team. You’ll provide both administrative and commercial support to French-speaking clients in Belgium. Your goal? Boost customer satisfaction and seize more sales opportunities.


Job descriptio

  • nMaintain daily communication with your own customer portfolio via phone, email and other channels
  • .Actively approach potential customers and reactivate inactive relationships
  • .Apply cross- and up-sell techniques and align your actions with what the customer really needs
  • .Prepare quotes, follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
  • .Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
  • .Collaborate with account managers to identify and exploit sales opportunities
  • .Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently
  • .Process administrative tasks such as order processing and reporting
