Introductie
As a Sales Support Representative, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our sales & account management team. You’ll provide both administrative and commercial support to French-speaking clients in Belgium. Your goal? Boost customer satisfaction and seize more sales opportunities.
Job descriptio
- nMaintain daily communication with your own customer portfolio via phone, email and other channels
- .Actively approach potential customers and reactivate inactive relationships
- .Apply cross- and up-sell techniques and align your actions with what the customer really needs
- .Prepare quotes, follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
- .Accurately record customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
- .Collaborate with account managers to identify and exploit sales opportunities
- .Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and efficiently
- .Process administrative tasks such as order processing and reporting
