Overall responsibilities

The Scrum Master role is taken by a team member whose primary responsibility is assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals.

· Is a servant leader and coach for an Agile Team

· Helps to educate the team in agile, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed

· Helps to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement

Skills / (team) Attitude

· You can work independently and in a team and take ownership.

· Team player above all: humble, hungry (commitment) & people smart (aware of group dynamics, asks good questions, empathic, engaged)

· Hands-on mentality (getting things done)

· Agile mindset

· Attributes of great importance are openness, personal engagement, etc.

· You prefer to work in an Agile manner and are resistant to stress.

· Very good communication skills, both in Dutch and in English.

· Experience with Agile and Scrum is mandatory.

· Knowledge of the Energy Market and MIG6 is a big plus.

· you are driven, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude!

Duration: 12Months

Language - (Fluent written and spoken knowledge of English and Dutch)
