Your Mission as Senior Account Manager:

As Senior Account manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading client accounts, specifically in the Tech & Digital sector, and managing account handling teams.

Your responsibilities as Senior Account Manager :

Account manager :

  • Lead Digital and Technology accounts within the EU market.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Draft and respond to proposals and engage in pitches.
Project Delivery:

  • Ensure successful delivery and management of client projects.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements.
Strategic Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute innovative public affairs campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
External Marketing:

  • Enhance Sopra Steria’s external presence in the EU market.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Your Profile as Senior Account Manager :

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an account manager.
  • EU Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the EU legislative and policy landscape.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Commercial Expertise: Demonstrated success in business development and pitching.
  • Public Affairs: Proven track record in strategic EU public affairs campaigns.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and detail-oriented.
  • Relationship Building: Strong networking skills and an existing network.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and French is required; additional EU languages are a plus.
