• Manage budgeting and reforecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Draw up five-year plans for the european institutions concerned.
• Act as a business partner for various departments, providing financial guidance and support when needed.

Profile

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling.
• Experience in HR expense controlling is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and a passion for automation projects (BI tools proficiency is a bonus).
• Fluency in French or Dutch, with at least a strong understanding of the other language. English proficiency is essential.
• You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and bring a high level of rigor to your work.
