Omschrijving:

The Strategic Talent Acquisition has 3 main priorities:

Working on strategic talent sourcing, using a creative and out of the box mindset.
Understanding the significance of being an attractive employer and developing further image as Employer of Choice.
Building an efficient talent pipeline from candidate application to onboarding with respect to KPIs, quality, cost, time… .


Key Accountabilities

Hiring responsibility for diverse roles up to director level (Engineers, R&D, Finance, Marketing, Production...)
Being the sparring partner for the Talent Acquisition Manager
Working on diverse projects related to talent acquisition
Setting up priorities and a timeframe for recruitment in a growth environment
Developing employer brand further
Together you craft and communicate the strategies for the development you want to see in the business.

Profiel

You have a Master degree preferably in a human science area (Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or Social Sciences) or equivalent by experience
Proven experience within Sourcing and Recruitment, ideally with a large variety of profiles to recruit
You have good organization skills and know how to prioritize
You are able to work in a fast paced environment
You are result oriented and have the ability to work in project mode
You are tech and media savvy and have a creative marketeer inside of you
You are fluent in English and speak Dutch or French
