To support our learning experience business unit who’s providing aninteractive, virtual learning solution weConnectfor corporate learning centers, business schools & universities, we are looking for a System Test Engineer.

As our Senior Test Engineer/Testing Lead you are part of a scrum teams and assist and lead your R&D colleagues in Kortrijk (Belgium) and Noida (India) executing the test strategy and contribute to the definition of this strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • You are in the lead for designing and executing the test strategy together with your the developers and testers in the squads
  • You execute and define system tests within a complex system setting (hardware, software, local devices and cloud components)
  • Ensure traceability between requirements/stories and test cases
  • You find and develop ways to further increase our test coverage together with the team. 
  • You look for ways to further improve and automate our testing methods.

Your profile
  • You are able to grasp system complexity and logically understand the components and how they interact;
  • You have a software or IT background, preferably with 5+ years of experience in a similar system test position;
  • You are a team player, who likes to work with others to solve problems and to improve processes;
  • You like to analyze problems and are capable to identify gaps in the existing test approach
  • You like to take initiative;
  • You are fluent in English;
  • Experience with scripting and linux is a plus.
  • Experience with video and audio equipment is a plus.
