WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
  • Design best-in-class digital assets (web pages, landing pages, infographics, display banners, social media assets) that drive engagement and ensure brand consistency across our website and paid media campaigns
  • Where needed, redesign existing web pages to improve conversion rates from desired actions (download brochures, get a demo, get in touch…)
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team in designing assets for campaigns, webinars, social media, emails, product releases etc.
  • Help field marketing become more independent by rolling out & regularly updating branded design templates for email, social media, web that they can adapt on Canva
  • work together with our dedicated frontend developer in creating and updating the website.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS:
  • A seasoned web designer with over 5+ years commercial experience, ideally within a B2B Tech company
  • A well organized and highly structured professional who can also adapt to priority changes
  • A strong communicator who is at ease working in a dynamic multicultural environment
  • Capable of owning and driving initiatives with minimum handholding
  • In tune with the latest design trends
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
  • 5+ years of experience in web design, ideally for B2B marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree level in web design or equivalent relevant experience
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…
  • Experience managing design/creative aspects of website projects & ideally product releases
  • Experience working with multiple content management systems (Sitecore an advantage)
  • Solid HTML/CSS skills
  • Proven experience with creating outstanding web design
  • At ease briefing external vendors & presenting to internal stakeholders if/when needed
  • Not required, but a plus: Experience working on video content
