Job Description:

As a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Project Manager / Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the HR functions of various companies, ranging from multinational corporations to government institutions. Collaborating within a diverse, often international team, you will engage in a broad spectrum of projects, providing advisory services and implementing ServiceNow solutions for a diverse clientele. Your focus will be on HR Service Delivery, encompassing all aspects related to the ’Employee Workflows’ portfolio of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SNOW HRSD implementations, assuming the role of either Project Manager or Solution Architect.
• Consult, configure, and translate business requirements into user stories to ensure a sustainable ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation.
• Provide support in managing organizational changes and assist in creating functional solution designs for ServiceNow HR/IT.
• Define, analyze, and implement business processes, configuring ServiceNow HRSD, and guiding the final deliverables for the Go-Live.
• Take responsibility for specific (sub)deliverables of change requests.
• Advise clients on innovative ideas, new releases, and how to leverage features like HR Performance & Analytics, HR Big Data, HR Employee Center, HR Virtual Agent, and Shared Service Center technology.
• Contribute to business development efforts by assisting with proposal work for clients and accounts.
• Perform quality assurance on ServiceNow HRSD, offer advice on HR IT strategies, and help create or improve these strategies.

Requirements:

• Possess 8-14 years of relevant ServiceNow HR technical and functional experience, including previous experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Hold certifications in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in solutioning and delivering complex ServiceNow HR and/or IT implementations, and working with other HCM Cloud systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical outcomes that deliver tangible business value.
• Familiarity with HR Service Delivery business processes, and knowledge of agile methodologies (Agile) is a plus.
• Ability to contribute to the development of new propositions in the practice.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio.
• University degree in engineering, IT, HR, economics, or equivalent. A post-graduate degree is considered an asset.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional fluency in French and/or Dutch being highly advantageous. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
