We are looking for a fellow Software Project Manager, who will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion. You will be working together with your TenForce colleagues, and be a true sparring partner for our customers.

• Responsible for planning out the complete blueprint of your projects; managing the software project from A-Z
• From analysis to writing user stories, specifications & defining features of the customer requests, your hands-on approach is your biggest driver
• Untangle complex business processes and propose creative solutions in our flexible platform
• You manage multiple projects in parallel
• Ensuring projects are delivered within time, scope, budget and quality according to our internal TenForce project planning & process
• Delivering completed software products to customers and checking regularly on the product’s performance
• Managing relationships with your customers and stakeholders

• Somebody living in Belgium, fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English, French is a strong plus.
• You’re interested in business processes and passionate about software products to create added value for the customers
• Short deadlines and multiple changes are within your comfort zone
• You know how to manage expectations of the customer to deliver your project in time and in budget by collaborating with your colleagues (analysts, other project managers, engineers …)
• Knowledge & hands-on experience with functional analysis
• A positive attitude blended with a solution-focused mindset is your magical recipe for success – a mild level of craziness is always nice to have
• You have an affinity with or a background in engineering
• 1-5 years experience in project management in a customer-oriented organization.
