Solution Analyst 6 months—Halle, Belgium.

As the project manager, you will be the point person for all the company’s major goals by implementing important plans and managing teams. They follow a project from ideation to completion. Project managers are involved in the planning, implementation, and ongoing support work for company-wide undertakings.

The Business Solutions Analyst provides business analysis support and guidance to the Business Partners in response to client needs and requests, and works closely with the Development Team to implement systems using AGILE and the Scrum Framework methodology.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in user story development and prioritization with the Product Owner and Scrum Team
  • Conducts specific business analysis activities to support the Development Team
  • Fine-tunes content of user stories to support the Development team
  • Develops functional test cases and supports testing efforts of the Development Team
  • Provides advice on best practices around business process design and improvement

Understanding of:

  • Analyses and designs business processes based on business needs with the stakeholders
  • Functional and business analysis experience
  • User Experience design
  • Web Service
  • Testing experience in planning, scenarios, evaluations, and reporting.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French
  • Fluent in English

You work in other offices in areas like Mechelen, Haasrode or Deinze.
