Step into a strategic supply chain leadership role in Belgium – at the heart of European logistics.

Our client, a major international B2B player, is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Executive to lead operations across Benelux and beyond. This is a high-impact position with executive committee exposure, based from a state-of-the-art logistics hub in Flanders.

What you will do

You’ll take charge of the full regional supply chain scope, with extended influence in Central and Eastern Europe.

Your mission:

• Oversee end-to-end logistics: warehousing, transport, cross-border distribution
• Lead international planning and S&OP cycles aligned with business goals
• Drive procurement strategy, supplier performance, and risk management
• Implement smart automation (shuttles, goods-to-person, robotics)
• Champion digital tools: WMS, TMS, KPI dashboards, AI-driven forecasting
• Deliver operational excellence: cost control, service levels, CO₂ impact
• Manage multi-site, multicultural teams in a high-tech environment

What we are looking for

You are a visionary and pragmatic leader with:

• Proven experience managing complex, international supply chain operations
• Strong track record in logistics hubs and high-volume flows
• Familiarity with advanced digital and automation tools
• Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English
• Strategic mindset paired with operational drive
• Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
