It’s SD Worx‘s ambition to provide our customers a consistent experience cross the different interaction channels they use to touch base with the SD Worx products, be it via our portals, mobile app or conversational interfaces.

Within our digital channels strategy we focus on user experience, growth of our user base and retention of our users.

Job description:
As a (end-user/customer) support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include:
Assuring the quality and user friendliness of our products by putting the customer’s needs on the first place!
Handling the incoming support requests from different sources in order to help out the customer or end-user.
Analyzing the incoming support items and defining actions in order to reduce the number of tickets.
Thinking along, this job description is not a limited list: you make suggestions on how to improve our processes, products and interactions.

Requested skills:
Focus on the end user with good & friendly communication skills;
Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories;
Being able to draw user flows and suggest areas for improvement;
Being able to connect the dots between the different connected systems;
Being able to put yourself in the place of the user and having the user as your main focus. The ability to assess the user’s situation, fundamental wishes and needs;
1st, 2nd and 3rd-Level-support including troubleshooting, investigating and error correction;
Languages: Dutch/French mostly written and English as main communication language within the team;
Teamplayer who is able to work efficient and independently;
Hands on mentality, getting the things done;
Autonomous and pro-active and bring the energy to work in a flexible environment with an assertive and solution-oriented mindset
