Context
You will join the Upstream Supply Chain team of Aperam Europe. The Supply Chain activities required an important information flow in order to monitor the production , stocks and shipments levels within the Upstream perimeter. Other relevant datas collecting is essential to help the USC team to steer its activities with the most efficient way to deliver CRMs with the best Service level, contributing to give to Aperam a major advantage of competition.
KPI and technical indicators must regularly be updated or new ones have to be developed. You will become the referent people within USC team to make available all the datas being used to steer the USC activities and shared with relevant others departments. Such it is important to guarantee the availability, the reliability and the needed evolution of data, tools and reporting indicators required for USC performances monitoring
Mission
As Data and Reporting technician, you will :
- Collect the datas by extracting them (Query SAS, Excel) from different existing databases (GP, MES, OMP, ....)
- Transform these datas in relevant KPI, indicators or working files (PowerBI, Excel, Google sheet, …)
- Update existing reportings/working files or create new ones relating to new demand
- Ensure the reliable running of data extraction and information sharing, providing all the needed informations to plan and schedule correctly Aperam Stainless Europe Upstream production tools and shipments.
- Ask support to other relevant IT teams if needed, and such to update the database with new datas needed for USC tasks. Such you will ensure a good collaboration to maintain efficient communication structure between USC and other IT supply teams
- Participate to Continuous Improvement activities
Besides these main missions ; you could also regularly work on some activities linked to the USC business, within the shipments and order tracking department ( shipment or SKP scheduling, order treatment, …)
Profile
- Bachelor Degree. (Computer Science or Data Analysis are an asset)
- Collaborative, team focus, result oriented, rigorous and curious mindset
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Good agility with IT tools and data management
- Good knowledge in SAS , SQL tools, Excel ( macro ) (Denodo is an asset);
- Basics of Business Intelligence reporting tool (Microsoft Power BI) is an asset
- Knowledge in SAP is an asset
- Fluent in French ; knowledge of English is an asset
