For a pharmaceutical company located in Zaventem we are looking for an administrative assistant m/f.

As an administrative assistant you send samples to Europe and Japan.

You update list of orders and keep track of orders.

You answer and direct phone calls.

Sometimes you will be making travel, meeting and exhibition arrangements.

You give administrative support to the administration manager.

Lastly you maintain contact lists and the database and you provide general support to visitors.

Profiel

Your Profile

You have very good written and spoken knowledge of English. Other languages are an asset

You have administrative experience

You have experience in logistics

You like doing repetitive and routine tasks

You have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of SAP is a great plus

You are self-motivated, flexible and open to change

You are understanding and respect teamwork in an international environment

You are trustworthy, professional and reliable when dealing with confidential information
