We’re seeking a dedicated candidate to join our client’s team, specializing in providing remote support and maintenance for IT environments of stores. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual who enjoys solving a wide range of technical problems and ensuring the smooth operation of cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide allround remote support to clients, addressing various technical issues as they arise. Ranging from server and network related issues, to cloud based software issues, to in store hardware such as scanners and printers.
  • Assist in the migration of clients to new cloud software, troubleshooting and resolving any issues during the transition.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data for approximately 1400 clients, handling data with care and precision.
  • Solve various cloud-related problems and optimize cloud services for clients.
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and support for multiple store locations.
  • Provide technical support for client-specific software.
  • Teach and train end-users on how to use client-specific software effectively.
  • Participate in on-call duties, being available for a week at a time, although critical incidents are very rare.
Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; basic knowledge of French is preferred.
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance, with a willingness to learn hardware-related tasks (e.g., managing servers remotely, handling incidents with printers, screens, routers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL and the ability to read code; ideally a junior developer profile.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users.
  • Careful and responsible handling of data, understanding the importance of security.
  • Flexible and willing to assist with various tasks, such as handling Sonos systems, cameras, robots, bank terminals, printers, and electronic labels.
