Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of various systems, such as retail ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and others.
  • Fluent in English and French - Dutch and Italian are a plus

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for various systems, such as retail ecommerce, CRM, marketing automation, and others.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different systems by working closely with third-party vendors and partners
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to the integrated platforms, working collaboratively with third-party vendors as needed.
