Purpose of the job:
The Business Process Owner or BPO builds the targeted processes with sales teams, creates business prerequisite with the vpTech teams who commit to giving tailored and effective tools to operational teams.

The BPO assists with changes by setting up training programs for the teams and by making sure new processes are implemented and that new tools are used and available to sales teams.

Context and work environment:
The Business Process Owner was created in the context of setting up the Transformation Convergence Project.

The goals of processes determined by the Business Process Owner are:
(i) generating profitable revenues from our regular sales, Brandsplace and media, based on
(ii) development focused on strategic Europeans and local brands
(iii) reducing the quantity of stock held by Veepee
(iv) optimisation of the group’s sales teams’ payroll
(v) creating and sharing qualified data for the entire chain (operations, finance)

Main tasks
The Business Process Owner:
  • Engages in current sales audits in the group: France, North, South.
  • Takes part in writing targeted processes for Sourcing together with sales teams (key users).
  • Contributes to setting goals and expected results for the transformation (successful KPIs).
  • Communicates on new processes to all stakeholders: vpTech (technical and functional teams, sales teams, other BPO to ensure the proper functioning of functional interdependencies).
  • Ensures the smooth implementation of tools in the group and assists changes by co-building and communicating with the transformation plan (calendar, support, monitoring) with the tools trainer and VPtech functional teams (PO, PPO, etc.)

Internal Relationship
  • Sales teams, vpTech, transformation team, BPO in other functions

External relationship
  • Sales teams of other products in development “not handmade” (Salesforce etc.)

Training and professional experiences
  • Level and type of initial training: Master’s degree (Major in Engineering or Business school).
  • Professional experience (type and years): minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis.
  • Previous experience as BPO or PO would be a plus.

  • Ability to carry out a vision and convince stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate to a large and varied population (oral and written).
  • Ability to understand the needs and propose new solutions.
  • Ability to be positive and to be problem-solving oriented

Technical skills
  • Information systems and management tools: Excel, Google suite, confluence, jira, lucidchart.
  • Fluent English.
