Eager to join our Customer Care team?

The role

At Mobile Vikings, Customer Care has always been and will always remain one of the major spearheads in our organisation. We are increasing focus on improving our Customer Care more than ever before. Therefore, we are looking for a process expert to help us out! You’ll be part of our transformation team which is on a mission to shake things up and make a real difference in how our Vikings and internal care agents experience Customer Care. You’ll be right in the mix, helping us roll out meaningful changes.

Great. So, your main responsibilities would be...

  • Taking the lead on various Customer Care projects, particularly those initiated by the Care team, while also identifying and managing projects influencing the Customer Care team’s workflow.
  • Maintaining control over resources and schedules, coordinating tasks efficiently.
  • Developing and sustaining an overview of the overall scope, progress, and status of different projects.
  • Ensuring clear communication and keeping everyone well-informed about tasks, deadlines, and objectives.
