We are looking to hire a Chapter Lead Delivery for our offices in Brussels.

The IT department is facing to an important digital transformation. The Chapter Lead will play an important role on this change and will work in collaboration with the business and any internal stakeholder.

The role includes both leading direct the delivery of our projects and managing a team. The delivery side will include a mix of executive reporting, financials, prioritization, departmental planning, setting the guardrails for delivery, rolling out delivery tooling and measuring delivery capability.

As a Chapter Lead, you are responsible to coordinate the team of talented Scrum Masters and Project Managers in order that they can deliver Projects on time and with quality. This will involve growing capability, growing unity, open communication, resource allocation, overseeing the guardrails and best practices, and enabling continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, high performer and able to embrace change in a fast-growing organization. A previous experience of Agile and moving to Agile is highly preferential.

Responsibilities :

You will have these responsibilities:

• Ensure that the team follows consistent methodologies • To pre-empt program changes and manage business & portfolio expectations • Support the team to stay aligned with the portfolio planning & IT delivery • Responsible of IT projects delivery dashboard • Ensure that we have consistency on the committees in place for the project and their communication pack & methodology • Proactively mitigate the risk of the ongoing projects • Work in collaboration with the Product Owners & Business stakeholders • Work in collaboration with the other Chapters Leads • Understand and influence the product backlogs to ensure that it is aligned with the project capacity and committed project delivery dates • Ensure that non IT deliverables are incorporated in the planning and properly contracted • Manage capacity of the chapter: • Process capacity requests of Customer Delivery Lead • Identify / solve future capacity gaps in collaboration with Development Manager • You are a cultural ambassador of the "new" agile culture. Your profile

- You have a master’s degree and have at least ten years of experience - You have the ability to motivate the Chapter (team) towards using Agile principles - You are preferably Scrum Master - You have in-depth knowledge of project management in agile mode - You like thoroughness and successful work - Solution oriented - You can take advantage of several great experiences. - You have an analytical mind and understand the issues. - You are organized and inspiring, you have experience of team management - You have knowledge of banking professions - You have an acute perception of the means and methods - You are positive in nature and have an active listening and synthesis capacity - You enjoy yourself in a dynamic context that requires energy and resistance to stress - You need to be fluent in English and if possible speaking one of the National Belgian language
