icometrix has an FDA-cleared clinical product (icobrain) to analyze MRI and CT brain scans, and is growing rapidly. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a clinical neuroimaging specialist to extend our team in our offices in Leuven and Boston.

What will you do?

Main responsibilities

• Educate and convince radiologist how the icobrain imaging AI solutions can improve their diagnostic accuracy and enhance their productivity
• Encourage referring neurologists to implement evidence-based and personalized diagnosis and treatments in patients with multiple sclerosis, dementia, and traumatic brain injury.
• Close deals that create champion radiologists, transform patient care, and grow our business
• Eliminate technical, clinical workflow, information security, financial and administrative barriers to implement our AI solutions in clinical routine

Other responsibilities

• Be an internal subject matter expert in icobrain - be a first-line resource to support sales in new business efforts
• Develop and present customer-facing solution demonstrations and presentations to a wide range and level of customer stakeholder up to and including C-Suite
• Take the lead in demonstrations and presentations where detailed knowledge of the solution is required to be conveyed at a clinical, technical or operational detail level
• Maintain in-depth knowledge in disease domains in the icobrain portfolio (existing and future) is applied.
• Serving as a “voice of the customer” in the Product and Marketing teams for future versions and enhancements
• Contribute to meetings where product and disease-specific expertise is required, including internal training efforts (new hire and ongoing)

What do we think you need?

• Expertise in neuroimaging, especially structural MRI and CT, Ph.D. is an asset.
• Good knowledge of multiple sclerosis, dementia, or traumatic brain injury.

• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate.
• Willingness to engage in sales activities to help advance deals and persuade decision-makers in target accounts, in partnership with sales counterparts, with extra emphasis and focus on building relationships with KOLs via technical and clinical competencies
• Use problem-solving skills and appropriate resources to deal with requests and problems.
• Eagerness to learn new things, grow and take responsibility.
• Work accurately and independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
