Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • A university degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline; alternatively, 5 years of equivalent industry experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years recent experience in BMC Remedy ITSM Suite development (version 9.1 and higher) ;
  • Extensive Experience in BMC Discovery (version 11.x and higher).

Duties/role:

  • Implement ing CMDB technologies based on agreed technical requirements, and in coherence with the system design and architecture;
  • Work ing with the relevant parties to ensure the CMDB systems are configured and aligned to the agreed NISC and NCIA processes;
  • Perform ing operational activities as defined by Configuration Management policies and procedures .
