Description

  • Process: complete daily follow up of Corporate Action events (dividends, CA Elective and Mandatory) within specified timeframe;
  • Processing of elective corporate actions (communication with custodians and fund managers);
  • Set-up Proxy Voting documentation;
  • Follow-up of cash and position variances with Reconciliation colleagues;
  • In general, detect the discrepancies, understand, correct and take actions to avoid these errors;
  • Master and monitor all activities related to core activities CA;
  • Comply with procedures, control and check lists;
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement of processes;
  • Follow-up of daily activity via accurate Reportings and Dashboards;
  • Produce accurate financial data on request and reports independently with minimal supervision;
  • Communicate and implement process related to new products;
  • Make sure that controls check list and procedures are updated accordingly.

Your profile

  • University degree in finance or economics or equivalent by experience;
  • Experience in the field of Operations (depending on function level);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Knowledge of financial products and financial products transaction processing workflows;
  • Good knowledge of basic IT tools (MS Office XL, MS Outlook);
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging systems is a plus;
