Description


Tasks:

  • Business development
  • IP (including negotiating and drafting agreements on technology transfers and licenses, co-development agreements, partnerships and collaborations, outsourcing and IT services agreements, software development, etc.)
  • Advise on all issues related to trademark, copyright and design law, trade secret law, as well as reviewing IP-related contracts
  • In addition, you assist clients in developing solid IP strategies

Requirements:

  • You have at least 8yearsof relevant experience in different aspects of intellectual property law
  • Ambitious and passionate about the field
  • You are a team player
  • You are French speaking with a very good knowledge of English
