The Customer Experience Manager has been installed to create the steepest growth curve for our priority in the BeLux Pharma LOC (Local Operating Company).
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for creating customer centric omnichannel campaigns for both HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) and Consumers through a thorough understanding of both offline & digital touchpoints. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will report to the Sr Customer Experience Manager while working in tight collaboration with the Brand Manager and the Content Manager of the Oncology Business Unit. You will act as an ambassador to spread the omnichannel mindset at all level of the Business Unit.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will:
- Work through sprint focused projects. The sprints are identified based on the campaigns defined in the brand plan as well as opportunities popping up aiming to maximize the brand growth,
- Create & develop end-to-end, customer centric campaigns – based and in line with the customer needs - through a good understanding of both offline & digital touchpoints,
- You will build those campaigns leveraging Paid, Owned or Earned Media and will manage collaboration with 3rd Parties;
- Monitor and Report performance of the campaigns, to continuously finetune our preferred content and channels for the target customers (HCPs and/or Consumers);
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to be aligned with the strategy, the Content Manager to be aligned on content mapping and creation, and the Channel Deployment manager to use the appropriate GSK Supported tools, and liaise with the cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical),
- As part of the Customer Experience Team, each Customer Experience Manager owns expertise for a specific channel. You will thus act towards other colleagues as expert & point of reference for that specific channel,
- Share best practices & learnings with other CX Manager in the LOC, act as capability builder in the LOC by providing trainings, act as an active member of the Brand’s XF team.
We are looking for professionals with following skills & mindset to help achieve our goal
Basic Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor or University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communication, Economics or other specialty relevant to the job;
- 3+ Experience in digital marketing;
- Fluent communication skills in English, French and/or Dutch
- Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Team player with effective networking, collaboration and engagement skills;
- Experience with brand planning processes and translating strategy into exeution is an added value,
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-pace environment;
- Ability to lead cross-functional matrix working;
- Agile thinking and ability to continuously innovate;
