For a company in Mechelen, producer of fiber paperboards, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen the UK and Ireland team.

As Customer Service, Your Tasks Consist Of The Following
  • You’re the first point of contact for our English speaking customers. You develop and maintain a good relationship with them.
  • You handle orders in SAP from enquiry to delivery and invoicing
  • To do this, you keep the customer database up to date at all time
  • You ensure promises and agreements are kept
  • You also monitor the stock within agreed limits
  • Where necessary, you will provide sales support
  • Finally, you gather information of complaints, delays, payments, ... to monitor the business and make improvements where necessary
In short, you are a key figure in the organization who is in contact with various departments both internally and externally to ensure that collaborations run as smoothly as possible.

Profiel

That’s why as a Customer Service Representative you have the following profile :
  • You are fluent in English (at a professional level)
  • You’ve had previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in an international B2B environment
  • Previous experience with SAP is considered an advantage
  • As a Customer Service you are service minded and you have strong communication skills
  • You’re strong in administration and organization
  • You can keep your cool and are good at complaint handling and problem solving
  • You like working proactively and take initiative where necessary
  • Last but not least, as Customer Service Representative you’re good at working with deadlines and you are stress resistant
