Job Description

What are your responsibilities?
  • You are the first point of contact for customers.
  • You are responsible for registering and following up orders.
  • You communicate correctly with customers and build a relationship of trust with them.
  • You manage the customer files.
  • You have knowledge of ERP systems.

The Successful Customer Service Representative Has The Following Attributes
  • You are communicatively strong and have a commercial flair.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
  • You are stress resistant and work in a structured way.
  • You are customer friendly and think about proactive solutions.
  • You already have some relevant experience in Customer Service.
