We’re looking for a seasoned Data Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing data analytics and reporting capabilities. This opportunity is perfect for someone with strong technical expertise who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Role & Responsibilities

As part of our client’s data analytics unit, you will contribute to the design and implementation of strategic data initiatives. You will work closely with business analysts and other team members to develop robust data structures and reporting tools that drive decision-making across the organization.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing and tuning databases and complex queries for performance and reliability
  • Analyzing data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and integration
  • Designing and developing insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Supporting the translation of business strategies into practical, data-driven solutions
  • Enhancing team capabilities through knowledge sharing and expert guidance
Technical Profile

The ideal candidate brings both depth and breadth across the data ecosystem, with the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SQL-based databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX
  • Solid foundation in data warehousing concepts and reporting best practices
  • Experience working with GitHub and Jira in collaborative development environments
  • Fluent Dutch speaker (CEFR level C2)
Bonus points if you have:

  • Direct experience working with Snowflake
  • A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to analytics
