Well Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe is growing and we want you to be part of our journey. We are currently looking for a highly motivated digital professional to join our Marketing team, as our Digital Marketing Specialist.The role is flexible around your life, in terms of working hours and home working…more on that below!

What can you expect from this challenging job?

Subject matter leadership, influence and satisfaction.

You’ll whip the company website into excellent shape, delivering value to customers and dealers, whilst driving value and ROI through engagements, brochure downloads and lead generation.

Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager and working seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team, you will be responsible for aligning the online experience with our off-line efforts, representing our brand and products in the digital space.

You’ll be responsible for :

  • Maintaining and developing the design and features of our website - 2 sites in 6 languages
  • Keeping website up to date with product offerings and blogs
  • Driving SEO across search engines and supporting the marketing and social media teams with advice on copy, structure and improving search on YouTube
  • Driving quality traffic to our website (organic and paid)
  • Leading Google MyBusiness and Google Analytics for measurement
  • Connecting end customers with the right dealers/departments, handling leads, via CRM
  • Working seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team, making sure the online experience is well-aligned with our off-line efforts
  • Building and maintaining accessible reporting suite for the above
  • Analysing monthly digital performances on agreed KPIs and regularly reviewing and reporting on web analytics
  • Continous improvement of our online presence.

You’ll be supported by our internal marketing and product teams for copywriting. You’ll also help to select, brief and manage our external digital agencies and freelancers

You team up with our internal Marcoms and Product teams for copywriting: you’ll also manage our external digital agency.

You report into our Marketing Manager.

Have you got what it takes?

As the digital guru within the organization, we think you’ll need:

  • Passion for web design, SEO and SEM
  • A hands-on approach and creative mindset
  • Attention to detail, thriving on being involved with the nuts-and-bolts of keeping a website up to date and improving customer experience
  • Desire for data and know Google Analytics like the back of your hand
  • Positive attitude and ability to work autonomously, remaining driven by objectives
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS systems, especially Sitecore
  • Excellent English and in an ideal world, proficient in at least one other European language (French, German or Dutch) – not a dealbreaker
  • Ideally, an understanding of the construction industry or passion to learn this, as you will need to be talking knowledgeably about our machines and understand what makes them stand out in a competitive market.

If you are based in Belgium, you’ll be able to split your time between our modern working offices in Tessenderlo and your home office (min 3 days per week in office).

You could also be based in France, Germany or the Netherlands. This means you’ll work from home and get to travel monthly, spending around 1 week per month at our European HQ in Tessenderlo, Belgium.
