At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling equipment in Europe.

We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world class equipment and parts to clients.

In our headquarters we strive to offer an excellent service to all stakeholders and to do so, we are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.

Do you have what it takes?

At the moment we are looking for a motivated sales talent to join our Construction equipment Division in Tessenderlo as a Regional sales manager East.

What can you expect in this challenging role?

You will have the overall responsibility for driving the sales performance for Eastern Europe.

You manage a network of dealers in terms of quality as well as capillarity, with the intention to maintain and ensure continued growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • developing our dealer network by agreeing on their sales targets, driving on market share and work on brand penetration.
  • preparing and implementing the market strategy and segmentation related to the dealer development and strategy.
  • monitoring competitors in your region and implement necessary changes in the strategy accordingly.
  • making the forecasting exercises
  • developing and implementing (marketing) actions to be taken.
  • screening new dealers and distribution and sales opportunities in your region in order to increase market share.
  • communicating and reporting on a regular basis to the Sales Leader Europe in the European headquarters in Belgium.

Have you got what it takes?

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in construction equipment or a relevant sector.
  • You speak fluent English.
  • You have an analytical mind and good business acumen
  • You are entrepreneurial, flexible, creative and proactive.
  • You are a born communicator.
  • You have talent in both developing strategic approaches and implementing them through targeted operational activities.
  • You are willing to travel throughout Eastern Europe when required and to the European Headquarters in Belgium (+/- 50% travelling).
