We’re looking for a team of coordinators to help launch and develop our delivery operations in Mechelen. Ready to set off with an exciting logistics role? Then we’re looking for you!

To help restaurants in the delivery process, we developed ‘Scoober’, our global logistics business. From operations managers to driver coordinators and our delivery fleet, Scoober keeps us in top gear.

All About The Role

As our Remote Driver Coordinator: Mechelen, you’re responsible for coordinating and supporting our Scoober drivers as soon as they join the business. You will be on the road, popping up at locations across Mechelen to help our drivers out.

In this brand new role, our coordinators travel directly to the drivers. That means your interpersonal skills will be vital, enabling you to know who needs support and helping them with any questions or problems they have.

In This Position, We’re Also Counting On You To
  • Provide leadership and set an example to new drivers joining our business
  • Report into the City Operations Manager, providing updates and raising any issues
  • Travel between Antwerp – where our vans are stationed – and your drivers in Mechelen
Can you deliver…

Here Are The Ingredients We Need From You
  • Previous experience in logistics management, or other relevant management roles (e.g. restaurants)
  • Experienced and confident on the road, and an up-to-date driving license
  • Excellent motivational skills and previous leadership experience
  • A quick-thinking, flexible and proactive approach to your job
  • Good communication skills, liaising with management as well as our drivers
  • Willing to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays
  • Fluent Dutch and English (written & spoken). French is a plus
