Are you available asap to start working on a challeging E-commerce project within an international environment

Do you have experience with E-commerce and with SAP cloud

We offer you the possibility to work either in Brussels or in Ostende.

To work on this project, it is absolutely necessary to live in Belgium as your presence at the office will be desired 3 days a week.

2 days of Home Office is possible

About the company

Our client is a Japanese company focused on the production and sales of air conditioning and heating systems in Europe, some parts of Africa and the Middle East

Context

Management of the ecommerce platform towards the installers (B to B).

On this platform, all orders are made and they are also automatically set to delivery afterwards.

The platform (built on SAP Commerce cloud) is translated by the sales offices of our client into a local version (adapted language, offer).

Your role will be:

To help drive the e-commerce platform and providing support for the rollout in Norway and Africa

Manage the Key Users of the platform

Maintain all contacts with the sales offices (affiliates) and manage with the various countries the processes surrounding this platform. In this way, intended results and improvements are attuned to each other.

Analyse business requirements: finding out the number of activated customers, sitting down with stakeholders, analysis of figures, what works well and what not.

Provide training to the Key Users

Back-end search and customization

Your profile:

5 years relevant experience within Ecommerce (from the business side, not IT )

Experience in leading Digital projects

Knowledge of the SAP Commerce cloud platform

Experience with Project Management and working with stakeholders to get concrete results

Fluent knowledge of English is a must, knowledge of NL is a plus.

Coordinate and follow up the project in an independent way

Personality: very driven and communicative, entrepreneurial mindset, collaborator, analytical and flexible.
