Ihre Aufgabe
  • Collecting and analyzing local business requirements, customer, competitor and market data and channel them to global DCI organization
  • Managing the rollout and migration planning and ensure local resources availabilities in collaboration with Regional Digital Product Manager and local stakeholders
  • Managing the legacy and local DCI initiative portfolio in collaboration with the Regional Digital Product Manager
  • Assessing and deciding with regional management on further investments of local portfolio based on global guidelines
  • Supporting initiative execution in close cooperation with the DCI Project Manager
  • Measuring regional portfolio performance based on strategic goals, measures and desired benefits
  • Close follow-up on Local Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience activities
  • Staffing and support of local organization in term of resources and capabilities by setting up training and enable change management
  • Ensuring transparency and communication between global and local functions
  • Acting as ambassador for the DCI products and initiatives within Knauf
  • Managing, challenging and validating local digital budget in collaboration with Regional Controller and Regional CFO
  • Ensuring the transition from fragmented local DCI initiatives to global DCI platform and tech architecture

Ihr Profil
  • Degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable study (Bachelor or Master) preferred with a digital/ innovation focus
  • 10+ years work experience in the area of digital business preferably with B2B focus
  • Experienced leader with strong track record in stakeholder management and leading diverse and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in customer and competitor research and analytics
  • Enthusiasm for the construction industry and building materials
  • Full written and spoken in English, additional languages are of advantage (e.g. German & French)
