As member of the EDN Distribution and VAS Team, we’re part of the European Distribution Network within the J&J EMEA Pharma Supply Chain.
This dynamic and motivated team manages and supports the operational inbound and outbound distribution processes of Janssen products in the EMEA region from manufacturing to central hubs, worldwide distribution centers and the end-customer!
Considering the end-to-end mentality, we DELIVER strive towards within our organization, the EDN Distribution and VAS Team also coordinates the inventory management and various repack activities within the network to remain in compliance with all predefined standards and support our sustainability goals by avoiding destructions.

Responsibilities:
The main goal of the EDN Distribution and VAS Manager is to drive the team to support the E2E Distribution and Value Added Services performance, resulting in excellent customer experience.
- Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring and evaluating all individuals in the team to ensure that right competencies are present to cope with the increasing requirements and evolving technology.
- Ensuring that goals are met in alignment with the strategy and the objectives and initiates actions to prevent missed commitments.
- Building a culture of high engagement in his/her organization and is a champion in the implementation of continuous improvement and Faster Forward mindset.
- Continuously encouraging his/her team to maintain a good quality & safety mindset. Support them to report good saves, ensuring good follow up on due dates of training, CAPA’S, COC’s, QI’S.
- Ensuring audit readiness within the team to deploy enterprise standards
