Join the digital team and become part of an industry-leading luggage brand.Samsonite Europe is looking for a new European e-Concession Specialist. Within this role, you will be part of a young and dynamic digital team reporting to the Online Key Account Director. Your goal will be to facilitate and accelerate our presence on European and local e-concessions in order to boost our overall digital revenue.The role requires someone who is self-motivated, can work in a structured way and with excellent attention to detail.We are committed to a diverse and vibrant culture, welcoming people from all walks of life. Our long-standing commitment to diversity and inclusion empowers each of us to bring our authentic selves and unique differences to work every day.Key ResponsibilitiesHELP US GROW OUR E-CONCESSION PRESENCE BYLaunching new marketplaces and e-concessions
  • Business development: prospect & identify the right 3rd party websites we can partner with
  • Negotiation of commercial terms
  • Definition of the process, including logistic flow & Service Level Agreement
  • Facilitate legal discussion to finalize commercials agreements
  • Lead the IT integrations with our respective IT dpts
  • Understanding best practices and support the local teams
Managing The Accounts
  • Assuring qualitative brand visibility and image
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date product assortment
  • Continually optimize product listings, and enhanced brand content to drive traffic and sales
  • Close interaction with marketing and local sales teams to determine the channel assortment, phase-in and phase out,
  • Define the promotional strategy with Product and local teams
  • Partner with internal Communication and Social Media depts for usage or development of creatives, messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines
Profiel kandidaatApplicants Should Ideally
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent online marketing/project experience.
  • Have proven experience in online marketing and digital project management
  • Have knowledge/experience of digital marketing, e-commerce and e-care, including web analytics, social media and conversion marketing.
  • Experience in PowerPoint and Excel and have knowledge of web technologies.
  • Be a real team player who can work well with colleagues from different teams, both from a business and a more technical background.
  • Be willing to further develop skills in a team-oriented, fast-changing environment.
  • Be fluent in English (other languages are an asset).
  • Have the ability to multitask.
  • Be intensely passionate to helping us grow our digital footprint.
  • Embrace new, digital media technologies and capabilities.
