About You

You are an experienced finance leader with a passion for driving business success in a dynamic, international environment. You bring a solid track record in financial management, treasury, and structuring, and you are eager to make an impact in a high-growth setting.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with solid expertise in international finance, treasury management, and corporate structuring, including at least 3 years in a Head of Finance, Controlling or equivalent leadership role.
  • A Master’s degree in Finance, business economics or a related field.
  • A sharp understanding of SaaS, consulting, or other fast-paced environments—experience in a scale-up or high-growth business is a plus.
  • Process-oriented: in the next years we will have to establish strong process foundations to support our growth. This is a key attention area
  • Team: you know how to build an effective & efficient team. We need a high-performance finance team & output.
  • A strategic and hands-on approach: you can balance long-term financial planning with operational execution to deliver both immediate and sustainable results.
  • A natural ability to lead and drive initiatives: you are experienced in project and stakeholder management and can influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity, you thrive in entrepreneurial settings where structures are still evolving.
  • Familiarity with legal, compliance, and tax matters, with the ability to challenge and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
