仕事内容

• HR Data Monitoring and Reporting:
• Liaise with the payroll department and social security to maintain accurate data.
• Monitor personnel costs.
• Produce regular HR reports for the group.
• Performance Improvement and Management Control:
• Primarily responsible for preparing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), both financial and HR related.
• Prepare and analyze monthly dashboards.
• Propose process improvements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Participate in the budget-setting process, particularly regarding personnel costs.
• Coordinate and challenge HR budget assumptions provided by various departments (sales, production, investment, HR, etc.).
• Produce consolidated budget documents and finalize group deliverables.
• Monthly Closing:
• Provide the accounting department with the necessary calculations (vacation pay, absences, group insurance, etc.).
• Contribute to the Overall Organization of the Finance/HR Department:
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses.
• Collaborate and support other team members.
• Propose improvements.
  

• Financial Control: Understand the rules and tools of management control.
• Payroll Accounting: Know how payroll entries work in accounting.
• General Accounting: Be familiar with the principles of general accounting.
• Financial Statements: Understand the structure of the balance sheet and income statement.
• Accounting Standards: Know the provisions of the general accounting plan.
• Company Organization: Be familiar with the company’s organization.
• Company Processes: Understand the processes and procedures in place within the company.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internal Controls: Understand the principles of internal control.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
