YOUR ROLE

  • You will familiarise yourself with the comp & ben history, complex collective agreements, salary systems and related procedures.
  • You ensure a correct job classification and salary range for white collar and managerial roles.
  • You support the recruiters & HRBPs with comp & ben related questions.
  • You make your expertise available to the HR manager Belgium in solving certain union-related issues.
  • You are responsible for completing, following up and analysing the various salary surveys (Hudson, Kornferry, etc.).
  • You report to the HR manager Belgium and the corporate comp & ben manager.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in complex compensation & benefits structures.
  • You have strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 90% or 100%
  • Duration: 3 months minimum
  • Location: West-Flanders / 2 days from home
