YOUR ROLE

  • You act as the HR business partner of the manufacturing plant and partly also for the Head Office.
  • You plan and manage talent, and identify business priorities and related needs.
  • You support and initiate the digitization project and HR processes in the plant.
  • You manage GDPR compliance and regulations.
  • You are also involved in the training needs and planning.
  • You contribute to the development of improved HR processes.
  • You work with the line management and employees on different other projects, such as engagement.
  • You respond to questions from the management and employees.
  • You offer proactive advice on structural optimizations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a solid track record in HR Business Partnership.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You preferably have experience with change management.
  • You ideally have expertise in blue and white-collar environments internationally.
  • You speak Dutch and are fluent in English, oral and written.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: freelance
  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days/week
  • Duration: 3 to 6 months
  • Location: East Flanders
